Green Energy
Swale residents can register for Solar Together and install Solar PV at super competitive rates. Find out how below.
Solar Together
Solar Together Kent is a solar panel and battery storage group-purchase scheme. It enables householders and small businesses to install solar panels on their homes and businesses at a competitive price.
Solar panels can help you save money on energy bills, as well as reduce your carbon footprint. You can also choose to install battery storage, so electricity generated by the solar panels can be used in your home or via a personal electric vehicle charging point.
Any homeowner, landlord or small business in Kent can register. Applications are limited to 50 solar panels per property.
If you already have solar panels installed you can apply for battery storage to maximise the benefits of your existing solar panel installation.
How Solar Together works
- Registration is quick, free and there is no obligation.
- Auction of pre-vetted installers bidding against each other to offer the best deal.
- Personal recommendation based on your registration details.
- You decide if you want to take up the recommendation and proceed with an installation.
- Savings on electricity, after installation, by generating your own renewable electricity.
